Fluke 117 True RMS Digital Multimeter adalah alat ukur listrik digital yang dirancang khusus untuk teknisi listrik dan teknisi pemeliharaan yang membutuhkan pengukuran cepat, akurat, dan aman pada instalasi listrik komersial maupun perumahan. Multimeter ini menggunakan teknologi True RMS yang memungkinkan pengukuran tegangan dan arus secara akurat bahkan pada sinyal listrik yang tidak stabil atau berbentuk gelombang non-linier.
